All appointments require a valid credit card on file
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments
Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash
Booking & Payment
Clients must be 17 years or older to receive waxing services without parental consent
Age Requirements
Due to the size of our salons and the nature of our services:
Please do not bring children to your appointment
Additional guests who are not receiving services are not permitted
Guests may wait at the nearby coffee shop if needed
If we are unable to perform your service due to guests or children, your deposit may be forfeited.
Guests & Children
For group bookings (more than two individuals), we require:
Full contact information for each guest
A credit card deposit for the group
Group Appointments
We understand that life happens—but as an appointment-based business, timeliness matters.
15-minute services: More than 5 minutes late may result in cancellation
30-minute or longer services: More than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation
Whether your service can proceed is ultimately at the esthetician’s discretion. Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment for future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged in full
Clients who no-call/no-show must pay the missed appointment before rebooking
All future appointments after a no-show may require prepayment
No refunds are issued for missed or prepaid appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Not Completely Happy? Let’s Fix It.
Your experience matters to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out within 24 hours of your appointment. We’re happy to offer a complimentary touch-up within 3 days of your original service.
For your safety, we cannot perform waxing services if you are:
Using Accutane (must be off for 1 full year)
Using retinols, Retin-A, Differin, Obagi, Renova, or similar products on the area
Undergoing chemotherapy or radiation
Experiencing sunburn
Diagnosed with Lupus or AIDS
