Membership Terms

-Valid/Current credit card on file will be charged on the same date every month.

-All cancellations MUST BE made at least 24 hours in advance or service is forfeited.

-If you arrive too late for us to provide the service or you are a No Call No Show, you forfeit the service for that month.

-Membership price does not include tips and cannot be applied to another service.

-Membership charges are nonrefundable.

-If you do not use the monthly service, it does NOT roll over to the next month.

-Membership is for one individual and cannot be transferred or shared with another individual.
